1. Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
- Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- After 12 Hours: Orders typically enter processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
To request a cancellation, email support@zetluxe.com with your order number in the subject line.
⚠️ Note: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Delivery Timelines & Guarantee
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Free international shipping estimated 10–20 business days after shipment.
Delivery Guarantee: If your order is not delivered within 21 days from shipment confirmation, you may be eligible for:
- Full refund, or
- One-time replacement (at our discretion)
Exceptions: Guarantee does NOT apply if delays are caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Carrier disruptions beyond Zetluxe’s control
- Refused or unclaimed packages
Claim Period: Delivery claims must be submitted within 15 days after the 21-day delivery window.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or video evidence.
- Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
⚠️ Zetluxe is not responsible for manufacturer defects after the initial inspection.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Correct return instructions will be provided after approval.
Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected or partially refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Refused or unclaimed packages (refund may be minus return shipping fees)
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage
- Products marked as non-refundable on the product page
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
- Refunds are limited to the purchase price; Zetluxe is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
