1. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After 12 Hours: Orders typically enter processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

To request a cancellation, email support@zetluxe.com with your order number in the subject line.

⚠️ Note: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Delivery Timelines & Guarantee

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Free international shipping estimated 10–20 business days after shipment.

Delivery Guarantee: If your order is not delivered within 21 days from shipment confirmation, you may be eligible for:

  • Full refund, or
  • One-time replacement (at our discretion)

Exceptions: Guarantee does NOT apply if delays are caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Carrier disruptions beyond Zetluxe’s control
  • Refused or unclaimed packages

Claim Period: Delivery claims must be submitted within 15 days after the 21-day delivery window.

⚠️ Zetluxe is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence.
  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

⚠️ Zetluxe is not responsible for manufacturer defects after the initial inspection.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Correct return instructions will be provided after approval.

Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected or partially refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Refused or unclaimed packages (refund may be minus return shipping fees)
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage
  • Products marked as non-refundable on the product page

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
  • Refunds are limited to the purchase price; Zetluxe is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

7. Third-Party & Dropshipping Disclaimer

Zetluxe operates as a retail reseller; many products ship directly from third-party suppliers. Shipping times may vary due to supplier or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by suppliers. Products are sold “as-is”; see our Terms & Conditions for full liability limitations.

8. Product Warnings

  • Pet Supplies: Use under supervision. Not veterinary devices.
  • Fitness Gear: Use at your own risk; not intended to prevent injury.
